Conjoined capstone project between the AUEB i-MBA and Stevens Institute of Technology for Leven Deli Co., located in Denver USA. As a team of four, we were tasked with planning the expansion and scaling of Leven's business nationally. The project was split into three phases with the final deliverables for December 2022.
I was responsible for the market research through the completion of a thorough competitive analysis, assessing the company's positioning in the local market, and the changes that needed to be made at the regional and national levels. Additionally, was responsible for one of three key business development options and co-authoring a portion of the final business expansion plan.

“Synthesis Health & Wellness” provided exercise, nutrition, and health coaching services. Additionally, as a platform, it provided users with informational online content such as articles, videos, and social media posts. I was the founder of the company responsible for the development of the business, growth strategy, sales, and marketing. One of my key achievements was that in a six-month period, I crafted a strong and recognizable brand identity on social media; designed a user-friendly website where clients could track their progress and an e-shop to buy merchandise and membership of our programs.

The Story of the Apple and the Pear is a youth exchange program that fell under the KA1 - Youth Mobility category of the Erasmus+ initiative. It was projected to take place in Nea Epidavros, Greece from the 29th of March 2019 to 9th of April of the same year. The number of participants would have been from a total of six (6) countries and a total of thirty (30) including group leaders.
This project was put together as a result of the internship program of Panteion University, as myself and my colleague Ioanna Silvia Roita of Political Science and History decided to connect and work together with the Youth Mobility Center and their key staff in Athens thus creating an internship team solely focused on this program. The program was submitted to the European Commission's designated office for youth mobility programs, but it did not meet the criteria for funding at that time.

Papers of Thought was an online media website that I created in 2016 with my brother. It focused on self-development by exploring different topics (behavioral practices, books, movies, writing). The content was produced in written and visual formats and the project ran for two years. During these two years, I authored more than 50 articles and produced over 15 videos.
